Orders placed before 10 am will be available to collect from the Bedford or St Albans Depot the next working day after 8 am.

You can choose to nominate a date further ahead if you wish.

Please note that the Click & Collect collections window is between 8 am – 3pm.

Once you arrive at your chosen depot, please park your car in the car park and report to the office to let us know you have come to collect your order. We will then direct you to a loading point where you will receive your order.

Yes. Please bring your reference number, confirmation email, or the company name under which you placed the order.

You order needs to be collected on the day you selected during the order process. Any uncollected orders will remain at the chosen depot until they are collected, however, we cannot guarantee that these will be fresh as turf is a perishable product.

If you cannot collect your order on the nominated day, please call us and we will arrange another date if possible. Please be aware, as per our T&C’s, that if the order is due for collection on the same/following day this might not be possible.

Yes, you can. If you are nominating someone to collect your order on your behalf, please ensure they have the order number ready when arriving at the chosen depot.

Of course. We have dedicated team members on site to assist with loading.

Please note we are not liable for overloading or any damage caused by the load on or in your vehicle. The driver is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is in a safe and roadworthy condition, including its load.

Due to an extended lead time, you cannot order anything under the artificial category for Click & Collect.

When you arrive to collect your order, we will advise you of the weight using a calibrated scale. Alternatively, you can use the following guide to estimate the weight of your order:

  • Turf weighs 18kgs per roll on average
  • Small bags are 25kgs on average
  • Bulk bags are 950kgs on average

Please note that if the products are wet, this may affect the overall weight.

No, we do not. We strongly advise that if you are coming to collect your order, you lay the back seats flat and use an old dustsheet or blanket in your car to catch any soil or dirt.

No, we do not. The driver’s responsibility is to ensure the load is safe and falls within the limits and capabilities of your vehicle. We can advise on this, but ultimately, you must wrap or strap your load if necessary.
