Refund Policy

At George Davies Turf LTD trading as George Davies Turf and Stone, we aim to process all refunds fairly and efficiently.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return has been received and inspected, a member of our Customer Service Team will contact you in writing with the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days.

Restocking Fee

All approved refunds are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the total amount refunded. This covers the cost of handling, inspection, and administration.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

Perishable goods including turf, once delivered
Products that have been used, cut, installed, or altered
Items not returned in their original resalable condition
Custom or special-order products

Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If you have received a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. Where a fault is confirmed, we will arrange collection, replacement, or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
