Two Properties, One Seamlessly Delivered Landscaping Project

This was a unique project, converting a single property into two separate homes. Externally, JC Garden Services oversaw the landscaping elements of the renovation, working with both homeowners to create two distinct but complementary looks.
Each property featured a swimming pool as a central focal point, alongside landscaped gardens requiring premium turf, timber, decorative planting, and slip-resistant stone to frame the pools. When JC reached out for our support, we were delighted to help.
As the swimming pools would be a key feature, we recommend approximately 800 sqm of our elegant and hardwearing Cloud White Porcelain. Its slip-resistant surface offers safety underfoot while enjoying the pool. It’s also stain-resistant, meaning easy maintenance and minimal colour fading.
For the rest of the garden, our premium Trident Turf provides a soft and long-lasting lawn for these family homes to enjoy. As a final touch, we supplied light-coloured timber sleepers for the team to install around the flower beds at the front, side and back of the house.
The finished project is the perfect showcase of how mixed textures, materials and colours can work together in outdoor spaces. The lush Trident turf stands out boldly against the soft white porcelain, and also helps create zoning within the garden for different uses.
The porcelain has been cut to size to fit flush around the edge of the pool, extending down the steps with bullnose detailing. We believe the contrast between these colours and textures provides a quality, high-end finish that will last for years to come.
