Creating Impact with Natural Turf

The Requirements

This project, based in Chiswell Green, involved a full garden renovation with a clear and well-defined brief.

The client wanted to transform their outdoor space into a modern, usable garden, centred around a porcelain patio, a large lawn, and a stepping-stone pathway leading to a dedicated play area at the rear of the garden. To achieve this, the team installed 150 sqm of Trident Turf, selected for its strong performance, high-quality appearance, and cost-effectiveness, which is particularly important given the size of the lawn. The choice also allowed the customer to confidently select from a trusted range already presented within Elite Landscapes’ offering.

One of the main challenges on-site was restricted access. The project required the removal of fencing and pipework, as well as careful coordination with neighbouring properties to gain access through adjoining land.

Through clear communication and proactive planning, the team liaised closely with neighbours, temporarily removing obstacles where needed and ensuring everything was reinstated correctly once the work was complete.

This meant our skilled drivers could deliver essential landscaping materials precisely where Elite Landscapes needed them. Getting as close to the site as possible helps save time and labour, resulting in a smoother installation.

The Outcomes and Results

The finished garden delivers a clean, modern space that is both practical and inviting. The porcelain patio provides a strong focal point for outdoor living, while the expansive lawn creates a soft, open area perfect for relaxation and family use.

Despite being installed during 35-degree heat, the turf established well. Although there were initial concerns about slight yellowing, the lawn recovered quickly within a few days, resulting in a vibrant, healthy finish that now stands out across the garden.
